I am Peter Gabriel, and I feel like sex addicts are well represented in this film. IFC is usually pretty lame, but I enjoyed the movie so much that I plan on being in the sequel. I love to love sex. Enjoy!

I watched this movie expecting to find a humorous movie. I have no problenms with sex or nudity. This movie should be called “Indecision After Indecision.” The guy is an idiot who is very indecisive. When he finally makes a decision, it is always the wrong one. If you have a strong desire to see the word “inane” visually illustrated, then please see this movie. Otherwise, please save your money. Please try to steer clear of anyone who liked this movie.

Judd Apatow has been taken to task. His work is meant to center and praise fat guys, weenie guys: male outsiders. However, these same plain men are almost always paired with drop-dead beautiful women. So that director empowers males but is totally hegemonic with women. I’m also thinking of film critic Alonso Duralde’s comment that it was hard to watch “Run, Fat Boy, Run” when Thandie Newton’s character is so superior to the men trying to win her hand.
I support independent films and having outsiders on the big screen. However, the main character is very strange-looking. His face is shaped like an alien’s; he almost look like a flesh-colored version of Dr. Seuss’ Grinch. What was said about Buscemi in “Fargo” applies to him ten times over. Shockingly, this film has him dating and getting busy with women 1,000 more attractive than him. He does play a psychologically-flawed character. Still, it was very hard for me to believe a man this odd could get women this hot. If folk have a problem with Flavor Flav’s reality show, then I really don’t know how they would survive this work.

More talk than sex. Cute and funny, Caveh is obsessed with hookers, well, aren’t most men? That’s why they’ll never got out of business. Anyway, the problem is, he feels compelled to tell whatever girl he’s involved with about it. When he should just keep his mouth shut, it will pass. What I wanted to know is, he never seemed to work, so how could he afford, hookers, trips abroad to film festivals, a car, a apartment? That’s what I couldn’t figure out. The title is misleading, It should read” I am a whiney, Woody Allan-ish, sort of sex addict”. Enjoy!

This was a very interesting and informative movie. It was also interesting that it was labeled a comedy. It’s not so funny when you’ve been married to a sex addict.
